AIFXグループ（以下「当社」）は，本アプリで提供するサービスにおけるプライバシー情報の取扱いについて，以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
個人情報の管理
当社は、お客さまの個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、セキュリティシステムの維持・管理体制の整備・社員教育の徹底等の必要な措置を講じ、安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。
個人情報の利用目的
お客さまからお預かりした個人情報は、当社からのご連絡や業務のご案内やご質問に対する回答として、電子メールや資料のご送付に利用いたします。
個人情報の第三者への開示・提供の禁止
当社は、お客さまよりお預かりした個人情報を適切に管理し、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。
・お客さまの同意がある場合
・お客さまが希望されるサービスを行なうために当社が業務を委託する業者に対して開示する場合
・法令に基づき開示することが必要である場合

当社は、個人情報の正確性及び安全性確保のために、セキュリティに万全の対策を講じています。
ご本人の照会
お客さまがご本人の個人情報の照会・修正・削除などをご希望される場合には、ご本人であることを確認の上、対応させていただきます。
法令、規範の遵守と見直し
当社は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。

利用規約
第1条（総則）
1. AIFXグループ（以下「当社」）は，本アプリで提供するサービスの利用に関し、ユーザーが遵守すべき事項及びユーザーと当社との関係を定めるものです。
2.ユーザーは、本サービスの利用に関し、本規約、本規約の下位規約及び個別説明（以下、「本規約等」という。）を遵守するものとします。
第2条（当社の地位等）
1.当社は、AIを使い予測を含めたサービスの提供を行いますが、値動きを保証するものではなく、このサービス利用によるいかなる損失について当社は一切の責任を負いません。
第3条（ユーザーの責任)
1.ユーザーは、本サービスの使用に際し、法令、行政機関の定める準則、ガイドライン等を遵守するものとし、本規約等に違反する行為を行ってはならないものとします。
2.ユーザーは、本サービスの使用に関連して、当社、他のユーザーその他の第三者に、損害又は不利益を与えた場合、自己の責任と費用においてこれを賠償するものとし、問い合わせ、クレーム、請求等があった場合、自己の責任で誠実にこれに対応するものとします。
第4条（知的財産権)
本サービスに表示され、又はコミュニティから取得できる全てのコンテンツ、テキスト、イメージ、データ、画像、情報その他の資料に関する知的財産権（著作権、商標権等の全ての権利を指します。)は、当社又は表示された権利者の知的財産権であり、これらを無断でコピー、変更、配布、表示、使用許諾又は販売することはできません。この場合において、無断でこれらの行為を行い、当社に損害が生じたときは、ユーザーは、当社にその損害を賠償するものとします。
第5条（登録内容の変更）
1.ユーザーは、当社に届け出た登録事項に変更があったときは、遅滞なく変更内容を当社に通知しなければなりません。
2.前項の通知を怠ったことによりユーザーが不利益を受けたとしても、当社は、一切の責任を負いません。
第6条（禁止行為）
1.ユーザーは、次に掲げる各号のいずれかに該当する行為又は該当すると当社が判断する行為を行ってはなりません。
(1)法令に違反する行為又は犯罪に関連する行為
(3)当社、他のユーザーその他の第三者に対する詐欺又は脅迫行為
(4)第三者の保有する知的財産権を侵害する行為
(5)第三者のプライバシー、名誉その他の権利を侵害する行為（侵害するおそれのある行為を含む。）
(6)コミュニティの目的に関係ない情報、虚偽情報及び他人に不快感を与える表現を含む情報を投稿する行為
(7)コミュニティの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
(8)複数のユーザー登録を行い複数のIDを保有する行為
(9)公序良俗に違反する行為
(10)その他当社が不適切と判断する行為
2.前項の規定に違反する行為があった場合、当社は、違反したユーザーのユーザー登録の抹消、コミュニティの参加停止、投稿情報の削除等必要な措置を取ることができます。
3.第1項の規定に違反したユーザーは、当社からの請求により、本規約違反の違約金として100,000円又は実際の損害額のうちいずれか高い額を当社に支払うものとします。
第7条（権利帰属）
1.本規約に基づくコミュニティへの参加許諾は、当社又は当社にライセンスを許諾している者の知的財産権の利用許諾を意味するものではありません。
2.ユーザーは、コミュニティ内に投稿した投稿情報に関し、当社に対し、非独占的かつ無償によりライセンスを付与します。この場合において当社は、第三者へサブライセンス又は譲渡することができ、使用、複製、配布又は二次的著作物の作成を行うことができます。
3.ユーザーは、当社及び当社から権利を承継又は許諾された者に対し、著作者人格権を行使しないことに同意するものとします。
第8条（個人情報管理）
1.当社は、コミュニティ運営に必要な範囲内で、個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保つ努力をします。
2.当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失の防止その他個人情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講ずるものとします。
3.当社は、コミュニティの運営に関し、保存する必要がなくなった個人情報を速やかに破棄又は削除するものとします。
4.当社は、個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を当社以外の者に委託するときは、受託者に対し、必要かつ適切な監督を行うものとします。
5.当社は、次の各号の一に該当する場合を除き、ユーザーの同意を得ることなく、個人情報を第三者に提供しないものとします。
(1)法令に基づくとき
(2)第三者の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要があると当社が判断したとき
(3)公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要があるとき
(4)公的機関又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して当社が協力する必要がある場合であって、ユーザーの同意を得ると当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
第9条（分離可能性）
本規約等のいずれかの条項又はその一部が消費者契約法その他の法令等により無効とされた場合、無効と判断された以外の部分は、継続して完全に効力を有するものとします。
第10条（準拠法）
本規約等の準拠法は、日本法とします。
第11条（裁判管轄）
本サービスの利用に関して生じたユーザー及び当社間の一切の紛争については、当社の本店所在地を管轄する地方裁判所をもって第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
Privacy Policy
AIFX Group (“the Company”) establishes the following privacy policy regarding the handling of privacy information in the services provided through this application.
Management of Personal Information
The Company will maintain customers’ personal information in an accurate and up-to-date manner and will take necessary measures such as maintaining a security system, establishing a management framework, and thoroughly educating employees to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, or leakage of personal information. We will implement safety measures and strictly manage personal information.
Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Personal information entrusted to us by customers will be used for communications from the Company, business guidance, responses to inquiries, and the sending of materials via email or other means.
Prohibition of Disclosure or Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will properly manage personal information entrusted by customers and will not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With the customer’s consent.
- When disclosing information to contractors entrusted by the Company to perform services desired by the customer.
- When disclosure is required by law.
Security Measures for Personal Information
The Company takes all possible security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.
Customer’s Access to Their Own Information
If a customer wishes to inquire about, correct, or delete their own personal information, we will respond after confirming the identity of the individual.
Compliance with Laws and Review of Policy
The Company will comply with applicable Japanese laws and regulations regarding personal information and will review and improve the contents of this policy as appropriate.

Terms of Use
Article 1 (General Provisions)
- These Terms of Use define the matters that users must comply with regarding the use of the services provided by AIFX Group (“the Company”) through this application, as well as the relationship between the users and the Company.
- Users shall comply with these Terms of Use, subordinate regulations, and individual explanations (collectively, the “Terms”).
Article 2 (Company’s Position)
- The Company provides services, including predictions using AI, but does not guarantee any market movements. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred through the use of this service.
Article 3 (User Responsibilities)
- Users shall comply with laws, regulations, administrative guidelines, and these Terms in using the service and shall not engage in acts that violate them.
- If users cause damage or disadvantage to the Company, other users, or third parties in connection with the use of this service, they shall compensate for such damage at their own responsibility and expense, and shall respond in good faith to any inquiries, claims, or demands.
Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All content, text, images, data, graphics, information, and other materials displayed in this service or available from the community are protected by intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and all other rights) owned by the Company or the rightful holders. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, display, sublicense, or sell such materials without authorization. In the event of unauthorized use causing damage to the Company, the user shall compensate for such damage.
Article 5 (Change of Registration Information)
- Users shall promptly notify the Company of any changes to registered information.
- The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages suffered by users due to failure to provide such notification.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
- Users shall not engage in any of the following acts, or acts deemed inappropriate by the Company: (1) Acts that violate laws or are related to crimes. (2) Fraudulent or threatening acts against the Company, other users, or third parties. (3) Acts that infringe intellectual property rights of third parties. (4) Acts that infringe privacy, honor, or other rights of third parties (including acts likely to infringe). (5) Posting irrelevant, false, or offensive information in the community. (6) Acts that may interfere with the operation of the community. (7) Multiple user registrations or holding multiple IDs. (8) Acts that violate public order and morals. (9) Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.
- In the event of a violation of the preceding paragraph, the Company may cancel the user’s registration, suspend participation in the community, delete posted information, or take other necessary measures.
- Users who violate the preceding provisions shall pay to the Company, upon request, a penalty of JPY 100,000 or the actual amount of damages incurred, whichever is greater.
Article 7 (Ownership of Rights)
- Permission to participate in the community under these Terms does not imply a license to use the Company’s or licensors’ intellectual property rights.
- Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, transfer, or create derivative works of information posted in the community.
Article 8 (Management of Personal Information)
- The Company will make efforts to maintain personal information accurately and up to date within the scope necessary for community operation.
- The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure security.
- Personal information that is no longer necessary for the operation of the community will be promptly discarded or deleted.
- If the Company entrusts the handling of personal information to third parties, it will provide necessary and appropriate supervision.
- Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the user: (1) When required by law. (2) When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of third parties. (3) When especially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children. (4) When cooperation with public institutions is required for the performance of legal duties, and obtaining user consent would hinder such duties.
Article 9 (Severability)
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full effect.
Article 10 (Governing Law)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Article 11 (Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising between users and the Company in connection with the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office as the court of first instance.
